Nursery Practitioner Role

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is recruiting a skilled Nursery Practitioner to deliver exceptional childcare and educational services to young children.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team, working closely with children, parents, and colleagues to create a nurturing and stimulating environment.

Key Duties:

  1. Develop and implement engaging activities and lessons tailored to meet the unique needs and interests of each child.
  2. Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports, monitoring progress and achieving desired outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Hold relevant qualifications such as NVQ level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with children and adults, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Compensation Package:

The successful candidate can expect a salary of around £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, along with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth within our organization.
