About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Legal Cashier to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Accounts department with completing various financial tasks, including client billing, ledger postings, and BACS/CHAPS payments.

Duties
  • Client billing and invoicing
  • Maintaining accurate ledger postings for clients and internal accounts
  • BACS/CHAPS payments and bank account reconciliations
  • Credit control and accounts payable management
  • Purchase ledger management and general accounts administration
Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience as a Legal Cashier or in a similar role
  • Experience with legal client billing and SRA Account rules
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with fee earners and the accounts team
