About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Legal Cashier to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Accounts department with completing various financial tasks, including client billing, maintaining accurate ledger postings, and supporting the firm and their clientele with financial queries.

Duties
  • Client billing and payment processing
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Bank account and credit card reconciliations
  • Accounts payable and purchase ledger management
  • Credit control and debt collection
  • General accounts administration and support
Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience as a Legal Cashier or in a similar role
  • Experience with legal client billing and financial software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
