About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Legal Cashier to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Accounts department with completing various financial tasks, including client billing, maintaining accurate ledger postings, and supporting the firm and its clientele with financial queries.

Duties
  • Client billing and invoicing
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Processing BACS/CHAPS payments and bank account reconciliations
  • Managing accounts payable and ensuring timely payments
  • Purchase ledger management and credit control
  • Dealing with dormant balances and general accounts administration
  • Collaborating with fee earners to ensure accurate financial information
Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience as a Legal Cashier or in a similar role
  • Experience with legal client billing and SRA Account rules
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with assisting with the annual audit process
