Job Overview

This role plays a critical part in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will handle a wide range of technical issues, from troubleshooting and debugging to root cause analysis and resolution.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Provide timely and effective technical support to our clients.
  2. Develop and maintain technical expertise in various areas, including Windows, Office, and related software.
  3. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues.
  4. Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  5. Contribute to process improvements and best practices across the organisation.
Compensation Package

£25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including salary, benefits, and opportunities for career growth.
