Compliance and HSEQ Lead

Elevation Recruitment Group is a leading recruitment agency specialising in heavy engineering manufacturing roles.
We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive HSEQ Manager to join our client's team. This role is based in Scunthorpe, where you will be responsible for leading the site's Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality initiatives.
Job Description:
As HSEQ Manager, you will report directly to the Managing Director and be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective HSEQ systems across the site.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Delivering training and workshops to upskill employees and promote a positive HSEQ culture
- Implementing corrective actions and monitoring their effectiveness
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum NEBOSH Level 3 qualification and relevant experience in a similar HSEQ position.
Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
