About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at The Entertainer in Glasgow St Rollox Tesco Extra. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment, and contributing to the success of our toy department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising and handling deliveries to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers
  • Replenishing stock, maintaining pricing, and implementing promotions to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and offering product recommendations to customers
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the toy department
  • Collaborating with colleagues and management to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 7pm, with varying shift patterns and days
  • Ability to work independently, using initiative to complete tasks and maintain a high level of customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of toys and games, with a willingness to learn and develop product knowledge
