We are seeking a dedicated SEND teacher to join our team at an 'Outstanding' school in Richmond. As a SEND teacher, you will work with children and young people with a variety of learning needs, providing holistic and engaging sessions to raise their engagement and improve their educational journey.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £34,000 - £47,000 per annum.
  • PAYE.
  • Full-time position with extensive CPD, progression, and upskilling opportunities.
  • A dedicated Support Team to ensure every placement is a success for the young person and you.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and delivering engaging sessions tailored to individual needs.
  • Providing regular feedback and progress reports to support student growth.

Requirements:

  • Professional Teaching Qualifications (QTS / QTLS / PGCE / B.Ed / PTLLS / DTLLS / CELTA).
  • Minimum 2 years teaching experience, preferably in SEND.
  • Experience working with SEMH and knowledge of safeguarding processes.
  • Enhanced DBS and two professional references.
