Job Overview
As a Business Development Sales Specialist at Austin Fraser, you will be responsible for engaging with current and potential customers across various sales channels. Your primary goal is to influence customers to commit to leads while adhering to FCA regulatory guidelines when recommending products and services.

Your Role:
In this role, you will proactively reach out to customers through the Outbound Telephony sales channel, making a minimum of 150 calls per day. You will also utilise live chat to interact with customers, ensuring effective communication and lead conversion. Your responsibility involves recommending suitable offers and vehicles to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with customers across multiple sales channels.
  2. Make outbound calls to potential customers, achieving a minimum of 150 calls per day.
  3. Utilise live chat to communicate with customers effectively.
  4. Recommend suitable offers and vehicles based on customer needs.
Salary: £14.00 per hour (PAYE)
