About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at B&M Retail Limited. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving store performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of the store. This will involve managing stock, leading by example, and driving a strong sense of teamwork to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth
  • Manage stock levels, inventory, and store operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to set and achieve business objectives, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, including process improvements and team development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, stock control, and customer service standards

Requirements
