About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Colleague at our Egham Superstore. As a Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store with a positive experience.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of store standards.
- Be knowledgeable about our products and services, making recommendations to customers and promoting our offers.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the store, including receiving deliveries and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, enhancing the store's reputation and building relationships with customers.
