About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Tesco Colleague in Egham Superstore. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store with a positive experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of store standards.
  • Be knowledgeable about our products and services, making recommendations to customers and promoting our offers.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the store, including receiving deliveries, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, enhancing the store's reputation and building relationships with customers.
