Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
- Build rapport with customers, ensuring they have a great shopping experience.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive store performance.
- Take ownership of store tasks, including receiving deliveries and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
