The Practice

The practice offers a unique opportunity for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to shape the future of the practice while focusing on clinical excellence. With a strong support system in place, the successful candidate can lead the clinical team without the burden of additional management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the clinical team, providing guidance and support to Junior Vets.
  • Handle more complicated surgical and medical cases, utilising experience to deliver high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with the Practice Owners and Practice Manager to implement innovative ideas and enhance performance and care standards.
  • Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice by driving forward new initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
  • RCVS registration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of veterinary experience.
