About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join our team as a Lead Veterinary Surgeon. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our Practice Owners and be supported by our skilled Practice Manager and clinical team to deliver high-quality veterinary care to patients and our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a Clinical team and focus on the clinical aspects of the role, with fantastic support from the practice manager and owners
  • Have a surgical bias and any specialisms will be supported
  • Work 4 days a week and 1 in 3 Saturdays, with no Sundays or OOH
  • Mentor junior vets to fulfill their potential within the practice
  • Share innovative ideas with the practice partners to enhance performance and care standards
