About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at Tamworth Companion Care. As a key member of our clinical team, you will work closely with our Practice Owners and be supported by our skilled Practice Manager to deliver high-quality veterinary care to patients and our clients. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior vets and share innovative ideas with the practice partners to enhance performance and care standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the clinical team and work closely with the Practice Owners and Practice Manager to deliver high-quality veterinary care.
  • Mentor junior vets and support their professional development.
  • Share innovative ideas with the practice partners to enhance performance and care standards.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum, with twice annual reviews.
  • Welcome bonus up to £5000 for direct applicants only.
  • Professional Development: Further study towards veterinary management courses or clinical qualifications will be funded and encouraged.

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Lead Veterinary Surgeon who has a passion for delivering high-quality veterinary care and mentoring junior vets. You will have a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills. You will also have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering excellent patient care and client service.
