ANOTHER A STORY, a renowned design-led agency, is seeking a highly skilled Content and PR Manager to join their London office in Notting Hill. This exciting opportunity will play a crucial role in shaping and promoting the company's culture, reputation, and growth.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Founder, Managing Director, and People Lead to develop and implement comprehensive communication and content strategies. This will involve profiling key figures within the company, pursuing awards to enhance the brand's prestige and visibility, and managing all external communications, including press releases, media relations, and social media.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, writing, and producing engaging content, interacting with social media followers, and crafting and disseminating content that promotes the brand, projects, and company milestones. They will also respond to media inquiries in a timely and professional manner and work with the Managing Director to plan, execute, and evaluate PR campaigns that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a cohesive marketing, social media, and PR strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values
  • Supporting a positive and engaging company culture through effective internal communications strategies
  • Managing all external communications, including press releases, media relations, and social media
  • Designing, writing, and producing engaging content
  • Interacting with social media followers and engaging with the community
  • Crafting and disseminating content that promotes the brand, projects, and company milestones
  • Responding to media inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Working with the Managing Director to plan, execute, and evaluate PR campaigns that drive business growth

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a PR, comms, and content role, preferably within a design or creative agency
  • Demonstrable interest or experience in luxury brand sectors highly desirable
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media and PR strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of branding, media relations, and digital marketing
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Comprehensive experience managing social media platforms and tools, content and graphic design tools, and analytic tools
