The Priory seeks a motivated and compassionate Adult Care Worker Apprentice to join our team. As a valued member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to residents in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Requirements:
- Educated to a minimum of GCSE/NVQ 2 or above, with strong English language skills.
- Previous care experience, preferably in a relevant setting, demonstrating ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with a willingness to contribute ideas and suggestions to improve healthcare processes.
Compensation and Benefits:
- A competitive estimated salary range of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
