Job Description

As a Residential Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the well-being of our residents by:

  • Maintaining catering areas to meet health and safety standards.
  • Following established kitchen and dining operational procedures.
  • Collecting and washing items from residents' rooms and lounge areas efficiently.
  • Preparing and delivering meal trays to residents' rooms and dining areas promptly.
Requirements
  • Patient and empathetic approach when interacting with residents.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and residents.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills to address issues and improve processes.
