Cadeler is headquartered in Copenhagen, but we also have offices in the UK, Vejle, Taiwan, Japan, and the US, as well as colleagues working offshore aboard our fleet of Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) installation vessels.

**Job Responsibilities**

The Training Coordinator will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Developing, planning, and executing training programs for employees.
  • Liaising with training providers and delegates to ensure successful course delivery.
  • Coordinating logistics for internal training sessions, including venue booking and AV equipment.
  • Booking travel arrangements for training courses.
  • Maintaining accurate records of employee training and competency.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent knowledge of marine legislation and competency requirements.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and database management.
  • Proficiency in English language skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

**Salary Range:** $60,000 - $75,000 per year.
