Financial Transformation Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver top-tier training sessions online, onsite, and in classrooms showcasing the full potential of Synchro's software solutions.
- Design and maintain engaging training materials tailored to various formats and client needs.
- Understand client requirements, track progress, and tailor training strategies for maximum adoption.
- Stay up-to-date with software updates and advancements ensuring training is always cutting-edge.
- Collect feedback, assess the impact of training sessions, and continually refine your approach.
- Guide new clients through implementation and provide internal training to onboard and upskill team members.
- Identify opportunities to deepen engagement and adoption among existing clients.
Work Arrangement: 3 days per week in the office & 2 days working from home. (Occasional visits to client site)
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
