Job Description
The Senior Treasury Manager will lead a high-performing team, responsible for managing the company's financial risk and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves:
- Leading and Supervising the Treasury Function
- Overseeing regional cash projections to manage cash balances and funding levels across all EMEA subsidiaries.
- Ensuring Compliance with Financing Agreements and Covenants
- Working in close collaboration with the Global Treasury team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Providing Oversight of Operational Treasury Activities
- Currency risk management, bank account and cash management, and working capital management.
- Developing and Implementing Regional Treasury Projects
- Managing financial risk, improving cash flow efficiency, and optimizing working capital.
- Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams
- Finance, accounting, tax, and legal departments to ensure effective treasury operations.
- Ensuring Strong Internal Controls
- Treasury management and income tax accounting.
- Overseeing Governance Approval and Auditing
- User access to IT systems to ensure compliance and internal control.
- Acting as a Liaison with IT Staff
- Technical matters related to tax and treasury applications.
- Coordinating with Regulatory Authorities
- Ensuring timely and appropriate action.
The Successful Applicant
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a Related Field
- An MBA, CFA, or relevant treasury/accounting qualifications are highly preferred.
- Experience in External Audit and Advisory Roles
- Ideal with regional and/or international exposure.
- Proven Ability to Build and Maintain Strong Banking Relationships
- Strong analytical and digital skills, with the capacity to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
