About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Tesco Partners. As a Duty Pharmacy Manager, you will play a key role in leading and developing our pharmacy team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the pharmacy team, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and customer satisfaction, working closely with the pharmacy team and other store departments.
  • Ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items and maintain accurate records.
  • Support the Pharmacy Manager in building relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs' surgeries.
  • Contribute to the development of the pharmacy team, providing training and coaching to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Pharmacy Degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
  • DBS check (organised by us) before employment.
