Job Description

The Manufacturing Excellence Program Director will play a key role in driving global improvement in end-to-end manufacturing operations at Veolia. This leader will champion a transformational program, delivering a comprehensive approach to standardization, continuous improvement, collaboration, and workforce engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to streamline and standardize business processes, reducing cycle times and improving efficiency.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the Manufacturing Excellence Program, working closely with operations, functions, and plants.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and manufacturing excellence.
  • Drive process standardization and harmonization across the globe, leveraging data and analytical skills to identify areas for improvement.
  • Infuse Lean Six Sigma principles and drive digital transformation, leveraging dedicated functional support to achieve business objectives.
  • Act as a change agent, driving continuous improvement and change, and ensuring successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and periodic reporting to drive execution, process uniformity, and improvement throughout the supply chain.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior-level management and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent time-served experience.
  • Experience in the water treatment industry, with a focus on manufacturing and supply chain operations.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence a global team within a large, complex, and matrixed organization.
  • Experience working with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain operations, and digital transformation.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to translate strategy into business objectives.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and experience driving digital changes and transformations.
