Learning Assistant for SEND Students

This SEN Teaching Assistant role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students with special educational needs at a leading SEND Alternate Provision in Leicester.
Responsibilities:- Support students with complex needs, focusing on their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement tailored learning plans.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintain regular communication with parents and carers to ensure seamless transitions.
Salary Range: £28,750 - £35,625 per annum
Qualifications and Experience:- NVQ Level 3 Qualification in Education or equivalent.
- Proven experience in supporting students with challenging behavior and emotional disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
