Weapons Repair and Training Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Weapons Repair and Training Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our training staff, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs in all aspects of weapons repair and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality training in all aspects of weapons repair and maintenance (stripping and assembling, fault finding and repairs).
Coach, support, and motivate learners throughout their training program.
Prepare lesson plans and training material, ensuring content is current, reflects new technology and equipment advances, and is developed in accordance with the approved Course Training Plans.
Monitor student development, provide feedback, and revise training as required.
Ensure that Health and Safety requirements, COSHH, Security, and Engineering Hygiene and Cleanliness within the training are maintained.
Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you must hold a Level 4 Teaching Qualification or be willing to work towards one. You should also possess a minimum CGLI City & Guilds part 3 or above, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent military qualification. In addition, you will need to have a BSC Level 2 Supervising Staff Safely OR IOSH Managing Safely certification.
