We are seeking an experienced Trainer/Tutor to join our team at NVQ Assessor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to progress their career in education and coaching. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in Weapons repair and maintenance.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and learning, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with learners, providing support and guidance throughout their training programme. Your duties will include:

  • Deliver training sessions on all aspects of Weapons repair and maintenance, using engaging and interactive methods to ensure learners understand the material.
  • Coach and mentor learners, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and deliver lesson plans, ensuring that the content is relevant and up-to-date, and aligned with the Course Training Plans.
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards, including COSHH, Security, and Engineering Hygiene and Cleanliness within the training environment.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 4 Teaching Qualification or equivalent.
  • A minimum CGLI City & Guilds part 3 or above, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent military qualification.
  • BSC Level 2 Supervising Staff Safely or IOSH Managing Safely.
  • Pension and other benefits.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of approximately £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
