As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions, coaching and mentoring learners, and maintaining Health and Safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with learners and colleagues.
  • Passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to delivering high-quality training sessions.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, ensuring that lesson plans and training materials are developed and delivered to a high standard.
  • Ability to maintain Health and Safety standards, including COSHH, Security, and Engineering Hygiene and Cleanliness within the training environment.
What We Offer:

As a member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary of approximately £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, as well as pension and other benefits.
