We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Manager to join our finance team in the UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, and analysis, ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Manage the company's cash flow, ensuring financial stability.
  • Oversee financial processes, including audits, and ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
  • Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
