Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our finance team in Dunfermline, United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and analysis, ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and company policies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel, with experience in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
