Murphy & Sons Limited is a leading international engineering and construction company seeking a Quality Advisor to join our award-winning Energy team on the St Fergus project near Aberdeen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Quality Management in implementing Group Quality Management Systems
  • Provide Quality advice to employees
  • Establish and promote best practice in quality matters
  • Collaborate with engineering to educate the engineering community on quality
  • Mentor and develop staff to ensure understanding of Quality management systems
  • Support site management teams to ensure compliance with Quality Plans
  • Carry out regular inspections/audits of sites and work places
  • Collate and review Business / Contract Quality statistics
  • Review Quality statistics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement Quality campaigns and improvement plans
  • Provide support to Project teams in the development of Quality Plans
Requirements:
  • Experience within a Quality role or a similar role
  • Relevant Quality Membership (CQI)
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, MS Project
