Key Responsibilities:- Assist Quality Management in implementing Group Quality Management Systems
- Provide Quality advice to employees
- Establish and promote best practice in quality matters
- Collaborate with engineering to educate the engineering community on quality
- Mentor and develop staff to ensure understanding of Quality management systems
- Support site management teams to ensure compliance with Quality Plans
- Carry out regular inspections/audits of sites and work places
- Collate and review Business / Contract Quality statistics
- Review Quality statistics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement Quality campaigns and improvement plans
- Provide support to Project teams in the development of Quality Plans
- Experience within a Quality role or a similar role
- Relevant Quality Membership (CQI)
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, MS Project
