• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local employers and universities to promote the College offer and maintain partnerships.

• Plan and attend events to promote the College and its services, including sales and networking activities.

• Work closely with colleagues across all College campuses to achieve business objectives.

• Utilize sales and marketing skills to promote the College offer and maintain employer relationships.

• Work a significant number of hours off-site promoting the College offer and maintaining employer relationships.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the College and its services.

• Ensure that all events and activities are well-planned, executed, and evaluated to meet business objectives.

• Develop and maintain accurate records of events, meetings, and communications with employers and stakeholders.

• Provide excellent customer service and support to employers and stakeholders to ensure a positive experience with the College.

• Work closely with the College's senior leadership team to develop and implement business strategies to promote the College and its services.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employer engagement and events management.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to employer engagement and events management.

• Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with College policies and procedures.

• Work a 37-hour week, Monday to Friday, with evenings as required to support events and activities.
