About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at Le Pont de la Tour, a luxurious riverside restaurant in the heart of London.

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing kitchen team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service.
  • Develop and implement innovative menus that showcase the best of French cuisine, using only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create new dishes and menus that meet the evolving tastes and preferences of our guests.
  • Manage kitchen budgets, payroll, margins, and all financial aspects, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Nurture and develop the skills of your team members through training, mentorship, and coaching.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and health standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experience.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and health standards, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
