Sales Excellence Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Excellence Coordinator to join our Business Enablement team in London. This role will play a critical part in driving sales excellence across our commercial teams, ensuring seamless communication and effective training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for new starters, working closely with commercial leaders to reduce ramp time and decrease attrition.
- Align with new product launches, sales initiatives, process changes, and system updates to drive business growth and schedule training sessions to deliver best practices.
- Own and manage the commercial training calendar, ensuring no overlaps or excessive training sessions during working days/weeks.
- Develop and maintain the Sales Hub, ensuring easy access to sales collateral and up-to-date information, with a focus on feedback from sales teams.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure sales teams have relevant client-facing materials and internal materials are created to support the sales cycle.
- Create and own a global sales onboarding bootcamp, working with stakeholders to decrease ramp time and create a positive experience.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, with a background in new business, account management, or client services.
- Understanding of sales processes and ways of working.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to identify areas for improvement and prioritize tasks effectively.
