We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our neonatal team. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have significant experience in neonatal intensive care and a strong understanding of the principles of evidence-based practice. They will be responsible for assessing patients, developing individualized care plans, and implementing treatment strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your clinical skills and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will be working as part of a dedicated team, providing excellent patient care and contributing to the development of best practice.

You will be expected to have excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with colleagues, patients, and their families. A strong commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to lead by example are essential for this role.

Requirements
  • A degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Advanced Diploma in Neonatal Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Significant experience in neonatal intensive care
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Strong commitment to evidence-based practice
