Job Title: Prep Kitchen Manager
50 per hour

Job Summary: We're seeking a skilled and experienced Prep Kitchen Manager to oversee daily food preparation for our growing venues. This role involves managing a small team, ensuring efficiency and quality, and upholding our high standards for both food and team happiness.

  • Maintaining legal compliance with food safety and health regulations
  • Coordinating kitchen workload and time management to meet delivery schedules
  • Ordering supplies, tracking stock, and conducting regular stock takes
  • Scheduling and delivering prepped food items to our venues
  • Managing a small team, supporting their growth and development
  • Playing a crucial role in upholding our high standards for both food and team happiness

Key Requirements:

  • Have experience as a chef, with management experience
  • Thrive in a organized kitchen environment away from the hustle of service
  • Be highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Know how to comply with food safety and health regulations
  • Hold a full UK driving license and be comfortable delivering food between venues
  • Be flexible with working hours (30-40 hours per week) and ready to support a growing team

Job Benefits:
