Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating a tantalising menu using seasonal local produce
  • Train and mentor junior team members
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain high standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a gastro pub or similar environment
  • Strong knowledge of local seasonal produce and menu planning
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills
