We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Chilled Pubs. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to our exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
- Culinary Skills: Bring your expertise in fresh food and cooking techniques to the table, and contribute to the development of new menu ideas.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other chefs and kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen environment.
- Quality & Efficiency: Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation, while maintaining a high level of efficiency and productivity.
- Ownership: Take ownership of your station and be responsible for managing orders, monitoring inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
- Versatility: Be flexible and willing to support different sections of the kitchen and master our entire menu.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, and adhere to all health and safety protocols.
