Job Opportunity: Legal Filing/Records Administrator

The Charalle Group is seeking an experienced Legal Filing/Records Administrator to join their busy Records department on a year's contract in a specific, challenging role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of the firm's hard copy & digital files relating to client matters, anti-money laundering and compliance transactions.
  • Updating records and data management, requiring up-to-date IT skills, particularly knowledge of Excel.
  • Assisting in the organization and maintenance of records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar support role, preferably with a City law firm.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
