**Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Campaign Development Manager to join our team at Harnham.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a research team and developing behaviour change campaigns using human-centred design and strategic thinking.

This role also involves conducting quality assurance for both teams, upskilling and integrating qualitative and human-centered design principles, and assisting in proposal writing and business development efforts for both strategy and research teams.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social change campaigns and behaviour change principles, with a proven track record in delivering strategic insights and effective campaign development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a mixed-methods research team to deliver strategic insights around various campaigns
  • Developing behaviour change campaigns, applying human-centred design and strategic thinking
  • Conducting quality assurance for both teams, upskilling and integrating qualitative and human-centered design principles
  • Assisting in proposal writing and business development efforts for both strategy and research teams
  • Sitting on the senior management team, advising on best practice for the organisation

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Excellent experience and understanding of research and strategy
  • No less than 10 years of experience working in research and strategy roles in a social impact agency
  • Experience with behaviour change campaigns/social strategy
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to break down complex problems succinctly

The estimated salary for this position is £95,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package including private healthcare, pension scheme, and flexible working arrangements.
