As a Senior Care Assistant at HC-One, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining the highest standards of care and being a positive influence on the rest of the team.
You will work closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, as well as administering medication. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and are able to build strong relationships with our residents and their families.
