You will work closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to deliver person-centered care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each resident. This may involve planning and implementing care activities, administering medication, and providing emotional support to residents and their families.

It is essential that you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team. In return for your hard work and dedication, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £11.00-£14.00 per hour, subject to experience and qualifications, as well as a range of benefits including:
