As a Support Worker, Waking Nights, you will play a vital role in empowering our service users to live the lives they want to lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Empower individuals to develop daily living skills and access their communities for socialization, employment, training, or friendships.
- Contribute to, develop, and implement individual care plans to meet the unique needs of our service users.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with service users, their family members, and external professionals to ensure seamless support.
- Maintain the health needs of our service users and provide a safe and supportive environment.
