Gas Engineer Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Apprentice Gas Engineer to join our team in Ashford. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop new skills and grow a career within SGN, a leading company in the gas industry.
Job Overview:
- Repairing, replacing, and laying new gas mains and services
- Gaining a Level 2 Gas Network Operations qualification over 2 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on gas service/mains replacement activities, excavating in public and private highways for the laying and repairing of gas pipes
- Being in a variety of outdoor environments, working safely and as part of a team
- Using computer field systems
- Achieving high standards of safety and technical competence
- Opportunity to mentor trainee engineers
