Learning Support Educator

Join our team at Remedy Education as a Learning Support Educator, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional support to students with special educational needs. In this rewarding role, you will provide tailored support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
About the Position:
* Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs of students, ensuring they receive the right support at the right time.
* Collaborate with teaching staff to monitor student progress, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social, emotional, and academic growth among students.
* Liaise with parents/carers to ensure consistent support and communication regarding student progress and needs.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 2+ years of experience working in an SEN setting, preferably as a Teaching Assistant or similar role.
* Strong understanding of SEN policies and procedures, including those related to safeguarding and confidentiality.
* Ability to adapt to changing situations, prioritising tasks effectively and managing multiple responsibilities.
Compensation Package:
* Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, based on experience.
