Learning Support Assistant - Full Time

Strategy Education are delighted to be working with a school in Colchester who are recruiting for a full-time learning support assistant to start in January 2025.

The school is a a specialist co-educational school for children and young people with autism and additional complex needs, age 3 –19 years.

The successful learning support assistant will have the opportunity to work in a school which is well established and is extremely successful in meeting the needs of students with wide-ranging strengths and needs, providing a nurturing environment where students are able to thrive and grow in independence and self-esteem.

The appointed learning support assistant will have prior experience working with children with autism, either on a one-to-one basis or supporting the class teacher.

The learning support assistant role is full time, from Monday to Friday, term time only. The learning support assistant will be appointed on a temporary to permanent basis.
