**Senior Leadership Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Senior Management Team as a Senior Wildlife Conservation Strategist. In this senior leadership role, you will play a key part in shaping and implementing our wildlife conservation strategy, working closely with our dedicated team of employees and volunteers to achieve our vision and goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement effective wildlife conservation strategies, working closely with external stakeholders and partners to promote wildlife-friendly policies and practices.
- Provide inspirational leadership and motivational management to our team, driving high-performing and high-impact outcomes that make a real difference to wildlife conservation.
- Strategic planning, operational delivery, and monitoring of outcomes, with a strong focus on innovation, evaluation, and logical decision-making.
- Build and nurture relationships with external stakeholders, including landowners, local authorities, businesses, and government agencies, to promote our vision and goals.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to develop and implement effective organisational management systems, prioritising tasks, setting budgets, and evaluating information logically and thoughtfully.
- A current driving licence is required for this role.
