Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR RECRUITMENT NEEDS.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including shortlisting candidates and arranging interviews.
  • Maintain accurate records in the recruitment management system.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in recruitment or sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Skilled in using recruitment software and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
