About the Role
As a Strategic Relationship Manager at Ecotricity, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our high-value business customers. This includes identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and implementing initiatives to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-value customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including identifying new opportunities and negotiating contracts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales and marketing teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication with customers.
- Provide regular updates and analysis to senior management on customer satisfaction, business growth, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing high-value customer relationships and driving business growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
