About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team.

In this role, you will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to provide support and guidance to help students overcome learning barriers.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide tailored support to students with SEN in a classroom setting.
  2. Collaborate with teachers to plan and prepare lessons that meet the needs of all students.
  3. Help students develop essential skills and strategies to succeed academically.

Salary Package:

The estimated hourly rate for this position is £13.50.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience working with students with SEN.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
